Cadbury – Maynards Candies

Astral Mix conducted Cadbury’s Québec launch campaign for Maynards candies, designed to attract the interest of young people ages 12 to 17 and to induce them to try the product.
Using a synergistic mix of television, Internet and outdoor advertising, Astral Mix created a dynamic campaign that proved highly successful with a target audience known for being one of the most difficult to reach. The strength of the campaign lay in its relevant and effective use of viral marketing. The development of a microsite, Internet game and online test allowed Maynards to establish a genuine and fun connection with its clientele. The coherent use of several media platforms already popular with the target audience expanded the reach of the campaign while significantly increasing brand awareness.
